Despite being a dense hive of 10 million people, Seoul nurtures a vast array of cultural and recreational gems. In addition to historic temples, castles and other structures, public art sculptures abound.

Parks and green spaces of all sizes bring respite from the built environment. Among the largest of all is Seoul Forest, in the Seongsu-dong neighborhood. In preparation for our long trip home, we retreated to the forest for our penultimate day in Korea.
