When the walk home from lunch is long enough, its an excuse for honey filled pancakes (divine, if somewhat scalding when the molten honey floods your mouth and senses) and boiled fishpaste.

The fishpaste is apparently a specialty from Busan (Southern port city in Korea). It sounds somewhat suspect, and resembles a rubber weatherizing product in texture and consistency. It tastes great, though. Mild, agreeable and served with a splash of broth for dipping. Try it if you can.
